Half Bad by Sally Green
I really loved this book. I have no idea why it took me so long to pick this book. It has been next on my TBR for a while but I am so glad I read it. This book made me sad in a good way. I don’t know of that makes sense.
The book is set in a modern day UK where witches hide themselves in normal society. There are two sects of witches: white and black. White witches are good and the Black witches are bad. Or that is how the White witches see it, and because they are in charge of the government and police the opinion they hold in the important one. The book follows a witch names Nathan who is half White and half Black, we get to see how he grows up in a world that hates half of him. This is a fascinating book. I loved it from the beginning to the end and I am so excited for Half WIld next year!
