You Come Too

Apologies for the bad image, I couldn’t find a picture of my exact edition so I had to take it. As you can see the book traveled with me quite a lot.

By Robert Frost

This was probably the only poetry book I will be reading this year. I loved the book, I have a great appreciation for poetry but the way i read poetry takes a lot of time to analyze the poems (because meaning isn’t always apparent easily) and when I don’t want to put in the time and effort to read poetry, then I just stop reading or read hurriedly.

Having said all of that I really did enjoy this book. I loved seeing poems I already loved, and reading new ones that were amazing and seeing the depths of Robert Frosts work. He really was a beautiful writer. After reading this I have added apples and most plants to the list of things that I cannot think of without thinking of Robert Frost. My favorite Frost poem remains unchanged but I have now been introduced to contenders for second or third!

I would recommend this to poetry lovers and to people who love nature. Or people who continuously quote (and misquote) The Road Not Taken but haven’t any further knowledge of Frosts work.

Book 7 of 50 complete! :D 14% done!Ā
