I havent been including the book number that I finished but this is book number 6 this year!
After reading This Star Won’t go Out (a book you should read) I wanted to read something lighter. I am behind on posting this, I finished the boom over a week ago, but I am doing it now!
This book was, as is to be expected, very funny! It had me laughing out loud quite often. I actually got the audio book after I read the book and found actually hearing the book in the voices of Jon Stewart and others I recognized from the Daily Show made it funnier!
The book was written for aliens as a chronicle of humanity and the environment humans occupied. It was aimed to an alien population after humans are extinct. It was funny and witty and had plenty of social commentary just as you would expect from a Daily Show production.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants a guaranteed laugh, I recommend the audio book and the book because having it read by the actual host and other cast members is very amusing and ads a lot. I would of course also recommend this to any Daily Show/Colbert Report fan. And to aliens, obviously.
